With a degree in Special Education and a Masters in Education I have learned about how children learn best. I have a Florida Teacher's License for teaching ESE (Exceptional Students Education), Spanish, Elementary Education, and other subjects. I taught in the Ocala public school system. I tutored fellow students in medical school in chemistry as well as several junior AF enlisteds that were seeking to go to medical school. Additionally, I have tutored the children of some of mmy friends in both HS and college level chemistry. I have been involved in teaching anatomy and physiology for one year to nursing studentsand during my career in medicine I was involved in continuing education programs for my nurses as well as collegues.

My first experience as a tutor was in my college tutor lab. I tutored both college level Math and Chemistry. I found that students I tutored found it easier to understand complex concepts when their individual needs could be addressed one on one. If a student does not understand a concept the first way I explain it we try again a different way, but if they do understand we can move on and not waste their time.
