I think this works for almost 70% of students. Some have a special aproach that can be discovered in their response to a general question like "What can you see through this window"? I attended Whitney Young High School and began tutoring while in school as a part of my volunteer service with the National Honor Society. I continued to teach while in college, and in fact, worked as a tutor part time. After college, I moved to Japan for one year and worked as an English teacher.
