I have many ways of teaching. I like to make the experience rewarding, fun and educational. As I continue to work with others I find their strengths and weaknesses and do the best I can to make the experience fun and as stress free as possible. I know that it can be tough learning new subjects, however, if you put your mind to it, there is always a way. I use games, activities and also outside projects to learn as much as possible.
I am 23 years old and strive for excellence constantly. I currently have two jobs and a child. I work hard for my family and make sure that I do my best in everything that is put in front of me. A Little Bit About Me...

I have always enjoyed interacting with children of all ages. I currently serve as a paraprofessional (teacher's aide) at an inner - city elementary school. During my three years in this position, it has become extremely apparent that all children....no matter their abilities....are capable of reaching their full potential. It is simply a matter of adapting my teaching style to their learning strengths. I have worked with children of varying ages since 1982. I am most passionate about Language Arts, History and Science. During my senior year in college, I tutored individual students in Science and I worked one-on-one with 4th graders helping them with Math skills. My classroom experiences include 3rd and 6th Grades. My 3rd Grade room in California had 32 students - 60% of whom were at kindergarten level English speaking / reading / writing. Many of their parents were non-English. This challenged me to work with the children in the classroom, because I knew that they would not get the help and support at home in order to achieve.
