I've tutored two kids in my neighborhood for 40 buck every two weeks. It was a marvelous experience because they were very respectful young boys...majority of the time. It was kind of hard for them to keep their focus so i drew a plan which was rewarding them with candy and toys, and of course since it was my idea I didn't charge extra. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to tutor them anymore because had to move with my mother. All in all, no matter the task I will always try my best to achieve!!!

I have been writing for my whole life, and have a love of the art that is description. Since Mich of humanity's understanding is based on metaphor, description and its subtleties is a key part of any writing process, be it creative or instructional.My favorite form of writing is creative, however I also enjoy writing essays and other pieces based on fact. No matter what form of writing you endeavor to do, getting your point across through description is paramount. I am patient with my students, and I also work hard to make the learning experience fun. My first French teacher at Mountain Brook High school used wonderful methods to introduce our class to the language. She showed us French movies and other interactive methods to get us excited about learning. I have helped many French people in New York become acquainted and helped them learn English. During graduate school, I was a substitute teacher, taught a teaching writing practicum at UAB, and was a reading tutor. I was a student teacher for 8th grade language arts, and then I was a real teacher for 6th grade English. I have taken 18 hours of graduate level English classes, and this is more than is required to earn a Master's degree in secondary English education. I also have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Samford University, and my background in psychology is also useful as I help students learn.
I think differentiated instruction is the best way to teach. This essentially means changing up the instruction in an effort to allow all students to learn. Because students have different learning styles, teachers should try to teach the material in new, different, and creative ways.
