PHILOSOPHY The key to education is to love what you do and I love what I do. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing students' progress. As I teach with love and I create a fun environment for students (using games to practice the language), students become involved and interested in the classroom. I have also tutored one-on-one and I prepare a lot of different activities for the class and exercises for the student to be able to practice the language when I'm not there. I prefer to see what the learning style of the student is and then adapt my teaching style to the student.
I was an in-school suspension teacher for two years at Durand High and Middle School, helping students get caught up on their pre-algebra, social studies, science, English and Spanish homework. Previously to becoming a teacher I worked in industry as a project manager or assistant for different companies, using Spanish occasionally.
