I am currently in my third year of a bachelors of science in biology through the pre-medical track. I have a minor in physics as well as psychology. I work in the biomedical department in the Center for Neuroscience as a research investigator exploring the realm of rehabilitation and prosthetics with respect to stroke and traumatic spinal injuries. Down to Earth tutor more worried about the academics than $

Tutored (recommended by school) fellow classmates elementary though college and various friends and family. Was the type of student that would teach myself and help others that were behind. I am a recent graduate earning two degrees, a bachelor’s degree in biology as well as elementary education. I completed my student teaching in 4th grade and continued my education directly into a biology program. While earning my bachelor’s degree in biology I created the Biology Club and took the role of vice president. I also was the work study student for mammalogy, zoology and microbiology. I also worked on a yearlong cancer research project that was presented at a national conference. My studied included, investigating prevention of ovarian tumor cell resistance to chemotherapy by decreasing the levels of glutathione-related enzymes.
