I love learning and I try my best to pass that love of learning to my children and my students. Using centers in the class room, is a great way to make learning fun. A Little Bit About Me...

I have a great love of teaching and guiding young people in their academic studies. My approach to teaching or tutoring is open and involves as much personal encouragement as I can. I believe it is essential for the student to have a desire to learn in order for retainable education and it is essential for the teacher/tutor to encourage this desire as much as possible through teaching practices and activities.
I am a graduate of Bryan College with a degree in Music Education, having taken many education classes and completed a semester of student teaching at the elementary and high school level in Rhea County schools.
