I have conducted "baby groups" for children 6 mo. - 1 yr in a multi-lingual center for children where I worked in Moscow for three years. I have taught groups of adults English as a Second Language at Inlingua language school in DC. I have taught middle school Russian and Critical Thinking, and college first year Russian while in graduate school. I have worked with children ages 4-10 one-on-one in their homes on a freelance basis, during which time I managed multiple clients and did this full time for an incredibly satisfying profession. Overall I have a rich experience of in a variety of settings. I have a goofy, hands-on style. I try to make it fun. I have a degree in English an Communications which makes me proficient in understanding literature, and how it is received by the public. I was a writing tutor for three years in college tutoring people of many different backgrounds, many of which achieved success to a point of no longer needing to be tutored.
