Coaching and mentoring has always been the cornerstone of my professional career as well as my academic pursuits. Following, I was immediately accepted into a PhD program at Arizona State University. As a PhD student I study all facets of psychology within; and pertaining to, organizations. I try to create a fun learning environment, ensuring the youth can ask questions, have flexibility at their learning speed and still master the material in ways that will stay with them. Depending on the subject area, I like to give hypotheticals, questions and real-world examples that will help achieve memorization easier. After graduating from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., I returned to Wyoming to work in politics and government. I have been asked to teach chapters on Government in the local high schools as well as teaching Sunday School classes locally in Cheyenne. I serve in the State Legislature as well as working in the community to help youth succeed in their goals.

As the graduate of a difficult field of science, I spent a great deal of time studying and developing better methods for studying. I have become very knowledgeable in science and applied science through my degree field. I have also spent much time reading and writing scientific articles, which has made me proficient in English, general literacy, and writing. Throughout my college career, I have been tutoring and leading study sessions in science. I think that learning is subjective. Every person will have the opportunity to learn if they have an instructor that can meet their needs. I work well with children, young adults, and adults. I am patient and attentive. I believe that asking questions is the best way to find and address gaps in understanding and facilitate teaching the appropriate material.
