A Little Bit About Me...

My education thus far has been centered around writing. My collegiate career, the two years I spent in law school, and currently while in pursuit of MBA have all enhanced and refined my writing skills. All of the papers I have written for class are in APA format. I have received 6 perfect papers out of 4 classes I have taken thus far. I'm a student at Augustana College whose academic record has ranged from public school to home schooling to community college and and even private education. I've worked as a tutor for over 2 years at Black Hawk College, at the same time obtaining an Associates Degree. Throughout those years I've encountered many special needs students and many bright students, tutoring in subjects ranging from English, Math, Social Studies, to Computer Science.
I believe the best way to learn is peer-to-peer learning. As an auto-didact I have the study skills necessary to regurgitate information as taught by the current institutional models. This is an uncreative and highly unnatural way to learn. There's a reason no major discovery was made in a classroom -- true innovation, discovery and learning is an organic process.
