I had straight a's all through high school and elementary school in math. Mathe was and still is my best subject. This year I'm trying to get my assosiates degree at navarro. I'm in a statistics class right now and next semester I take college calculus. I'm good at explaining and showing little tricks to use. I like to make math fun.

While completing my degree, I worked in the math department as a tutor. I often had several students with various subjects simultaneously. It was a challenge to constantly switch topics, but I apparently did it so well that I almost had a regular class that showed up every time I was on duty. Several students told me that I explained things on a level they could understand as opposed to the high-level language the professor used. I have also done private tutoring since then. I generally work through an example while explaining.
