I would say that my teaching style varies depending onthe person I am teaching. There are several ways that people respond to in order for them to understand. I thik that everyone has a unique teaching style but still needs to be flexible in order to help the student understand.

From my experience with my own education and in tutoring others, I realize that there is no such thing and an ignorant child. Rather, a successful student is a hard worker who often times needs a little guidance and patience. Because I am an easy-going and flexible person, I am able to connect to the child in fun and interesting ways. I try to use the same teaching techniques that helped me like flash cards, games, and better study skills. I was enrolled in the Master's Program for Elementary Education at the University of Florida and volunteered over 300 hours in the public school system. I have only one year left before obtaining my advanced degree should I decide to return to school. I have also been a tutor and mentor for at-risk youth. As a graduate from Michigan State University's teacher education program, I feel I am very experienced in the teaching field.
