I have an MA from Marist College as well as a BA from NYU. I have designed and taught SAT prep classes (verbal/writing portion) as well as developing curriculum integrating diverse domains of knowledge to create a broad, deep and flexible learning experience for students.
I believe that competence and confidence are BOTH important in learning. Students bring their own knowledge and learning styles to the process. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a mother of 3 wonderful daughters, my oldest daughter studied Wholistic Medicine and practices in the New York area. My middle child, succesfully completed studies in the nursing field; and my youngest daughter is currently a senior in high school. I have spent most of my adult years studying in the field in which I now understand "Chose me". It truly has been a passion to work with so many children ranging from as young as 12 months to young adult age. I diligently seeked other elect areas of interest, but seem to always find my way back to special education. You know when your path is chosen when it comes natural to do what it is that you do.
