So, I obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineer (172 credit hours). I was working as a designer in Romania and had in parallel a private math and physics tutoring business. At NEIU I finished a lot of credits hours toward my second BA in Secondary Education Mathematics. Meanwhile, I found a job as a Mechanical Engineer at Mercury Products. I have been a guest speaker at Middle Schools on economics and have worked with youth as a sports coach for fifteen years. My career has been in Marketing where I have risen to the top of organizations in part due to my development of young talent to its highest potential.

My teaching goal is to prepare students to become responsible persons, self-motivated and independent individuals able to solve actual problems and to provide leadership in the technical world. I teach the students not to stop their thinking process once a numerical value has been calculated. I stress the meaningful interpretation of the predicted results and in agreement with physical units and the maximum allowed limits of the actual application. I first like to start with finding out where the child is confused by going over and re-teaching past assignments that were misunderstood. I like to go over past tests and make sure they understand what they missed and teach them the correct answer. I believe that this is very important so they can grasp future material. I will then try many different teaching styles to either find what works best for the particular child or to keep things interesting and keep the child wanting to learn.
