I am a passionate teacher and tutor. I believe that there is not a minute to waste when working with youth, and I like to conduct vigorous tutorials and well-paced classes. I believe that everyone has a different learning style, and this is why tutoring is such an integral supplement to classroom teaching. A Little Bit About Me...

I graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill considered to be one of the top five public institutions if not one of the top twenty-five universities in the nation. I hold a BA in Geology and have served in the environmental and political fields. I tutored students in science and writing during my stint in AmeriCorps as well as teaching a natural science based curriculum for K-12.
I am very comfortable working with students of all ages. I want education to be the first priority in life, because it opens many doors in the future and gives life purpose. Students take to me because I respect who they are and I want to find their strengths and help them utilize critical thinking when solving problems.
