During my high school career I was frequently called upon to be a teacher's assistant. This was over fourth, fifth, and sixth graders the majority of the time. For nine years I taught at the elementary level in private schools. I taught some inclusive classes and developed plans for my students to succeed. Identifying a student's learning style and giving them the tools to progress gave them the ability and confidence to do well.
