A Little Bit About Me...

I take the time to get to know the student and to understand how he or she learns. I come prepared to the tutoring session with the concepts I plan on teaching and assignments for the students to work on at home. I take time to make worksheets and to prepare activities that help simplify otherwise complex topics.
I am currently a part time math teacher at a junior high school and an elementary school teaching assistant. I am a part time math tutor and am looking for new students. My experience as a math tutor ranges from middle school level to adult. I graduated in high standing with a bachelors and masters degree in engineering. I worked as an engineer for four years and then decided to go into the teaching field.
