I grew up in a household that valued education and creative learning. As a result, I have always been driven to do my very best in all subject areas. I officially started tutoring in 2002, at Southwest Minnesota State University. My initial subjects were Algebra and Finite Math. Since then, I have tutor in a number of subject including English, vocabulary, basic Science(s) and Social Studies. I have worked with students of every age from those just starting at 3 and 4 years of age, to more non-traditional students over 50 years of age. A Little Bit About Me...

I like to interact with people from different backgrounds from children to adults. My experience in Japan as a teacher at three public secondary school was extremely challenging but also exciting and rewarding. I am very friendly, patient and considerate. I emphasize the value of integrity and respect different cultures and people's background.
