When it comes to my teaching style, I prefer to meet a student and take the first meetings to really get to know them, their learning styles and find out what goals we need to realistically set. After I have a goal in place I then like to work backwards and fill in the blanks of how we are going to achieve our goals. I have been known for my patience and creativity with my students. A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked in the Education field for 9 years. I started off as a substitute teacher and later became a "permanent substitute" in 2002. In this same year, I also became a class monitor for Psycho-Edu with the Johnson Co. School System. These jobs both required me to help teach elementary students in every subject.
My goal as a teacher is to help children appreciate learning and have fun while doing. I beleive that we all learn in different ways and a person should use a learning strategy that works best for them. I am available to help your child succeed academically.
