I am a certified elementary school teacher that is highly qualified in all elementary subjects. I have worked with children at various learning levels for the past 8 + years, mostly in small groups and one on one. In addition I have some experience working one on one with children with special needs. I have a variety of materials to prepare lessons in many subjects and have many recourses available to assist your child in learning. Most of my experience is at the elementary level, K-2 grade but I am available for all elementary grades. I strive to not only help your child succeed but to have fun while doing it .
I will adapt my teaching style to what works best for your child though I tend to us a lot of hands on strategies that engage multiple senses of the learner. (sight, sound and touch etc.)

My comments on tutoring Elementary Reading : Certified K-12 Reading Specialist, Response to Intervention Teacher

I have a BA in Nursery School-8th Grade, MA in Reading, Certification as a K-12 Reading Specialist and Supervisor. I have 25 years teaching experience.
