I am a self-motivated and well-read GMU student and intellectual with a profound passion for knowledge. I offer eleven years’ experience in writing, poetry, researching, and English-Arabic translation. I am originally from Iraq, and I am a history enthusiast with a great Arabic language abilities and skills. My comments on tutoring World History : I took Honors Wold History I and II my Freshman and sophomore year. I received A's and B's for the quarter and a B for the whole year both years.

I am currently a senior at Sherando High School in Stephens City, VA. I have always been and A and B student. I currently have a 3.5 GPA and received a 1300 on my SATs. I love to help others out in any way possible. I love to meet new people and help them achieve in school so they can a have promising future! I have taken Honors World History I and II, I have taken College Prep English 11 and am currently in College Prep English 12. I am in my high school’s Marching band and Symphonic band; I play the clarinet and bass clarinet, and have been in band for 7 years. A Little Bit About Me...

I have an undergraduate degree in physics (B.S.) and graduate degree in electrical engineering (M.S.). I have tutored in physics, chemistry and math before while in school. I have been able to start outreach programs with peers to help kids in under-served areas of Washington DC teaching physics through use of music.
