As a parent of 4 children, I have a love for teaching in a variety of settings. I gain a sense of the students' interests and tie every subject back to something they are interested in. They need to "see" what difference their studies make. Learning needs to be a love, and I let my love for learning help to create that desire in the student. Once the desire is strong, the knowledge base grows easily. I have worked with children since 1991. My concentration during my undergraduate studies was neuroendocrinology.
