'Retired' Biologist and Experienced Math Tutor

I believe my job as a tutor is to find a way to help every student learn. I tell all my students if they don't understand the material, then I have to find another way to explain it. I believe anyone can learn math and science when the teaching is tailored to the students learning style.I will take the time to find the best learning style for your student and assign useful homework assignments. I tutored an elementary school student in his math class and then that same school year in the Spring semester I helped out a college student with his pre-Calculus course. This was in 2013-2014 school year and it was a payment at my own discretion and on my own. I also have had experience working in an administration position in Human Resources area and it certainly helped me in organizational skills and communication skills.
