A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate student at Bay Path College in Longmeadow, MA I have mastered the fields of finance, accounting, technical writing, and computer skills. As a paralegal, my attention to detail has allowed me to master all rules of grammar and language format. While attending undergraduate school in Colorado I tutored classmates in Spanish, Italian, and writing. I also volunteered as a law clerk and taught Greek Mythology and Sociology to middle and high-school students expelled from school and placed in the Boulder County Juvenile Justice Center.
I enjoy teaching and working with all students- elementary to college-age. I have experience tutoring and mentoring children of all ages, including special-needs children. I gain great satisfaction from knowing I am helping students succeed. Knowledge is power.

I was more of an instructor than a teacher. I was a day camp counselor at Solway House parent/child resort in Saugerties N.Y. I instructed kids how to swim, dive, play various sports and gave dancing lessons to the guests. As a high school student I tutored 7th and 8th graders in an after school community center. I was one of a few staff at the University of Connecticut to instruct graduates and staff in the use of the various electronic facilites available to them.
