Hello, all. My name is Stacie. I have over 10 years of experience in Education. I started my career at Sylvan Learning Center. I began as a Program Manager, but also have experience as the Director of Education. My job duties included giving students Diagnostic Assessments, updating each student notebook, tutoring math, reading and writing in the evenings, attending ongoing trainings, contributing to teacher trainings, and meeting with both parents and teachers at schools. From there I was employed as a tutor for University Instructors. For the past six years I worked as a second grade teacher and Resource Specialist at a Charter School. I accomplished all teaching duties, plus worked as a test proctor, computer lab monitor, curriculum developer, and office helper. Learn a language, and speaking I prefer tutoring at Warren, Public library individuals or group teachingor individuals. have a BA and teaching degree. I can teach social Studies, English Grammar, reading, Italian Latin and Spanish. I have taught 7th and 8th graders. I prefer teaching at the Warren, public library and most interested in helping students to learn and to make progress kn language course, Spanish, Italian or Spanish. Also, reading literature and help students acquire better study habits. The class would be 415 an hour at the Warren, Ohio public libraary. I have taught for four years from Kindergarten to Third Grade. I was responsible for teaching math, reading, english language arts, social studies, science, phonics, and handwriting. Besides teaching at the Elementary level, I was the Gifted Coordinator for students in grades Kindergarten to 12th. I have made accommodations to fit the needs of each student and use enrichment to help students learn to their highest potential. Prior to having children, I was a Systems Analyst for Servistar Corporation, and returned as a consultant for them for three years betweent my first and second children. While I am not a teacher by profession, I have successfully tutored a variety of leraners in a variety of subjects, primarily math, english, science.
