My goal is to enhance the knowledge of children through the implementation of their best learning style (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or tactile) and to motivate the students to pursue further learning and personal experience in the topic we are studying. I treat my clients with respect and ask for it in return. I am extremely patient with children who struggle with learning and adapt materials, as necessary, for the child/client to learn the most effectively. A Little Bit About Me...

I have served as the 6th grade lead teacher at Rolling Acres Edison. I teach full inclusion science and social studies by integrating math and reading skills. I am responsible for leading daily team meetings concerning student data. Together we use monthly online diagnostic testing to ensure student success on state mandated tests. As a team leader, I meet bi-weekly with our school's leadership team. I developed and implemented an RTI model used by the 5th and 6th grade teams at Rolling Acres in an effort to increase reading benchmark scores of struggling readers.
