I believe all children deserve to be given the chance to learn. I understand that not everyone learns the same way; differentiated forms of instruction are an important part of the day to day teaching method. I find that I am patient with children, allowing them to work at their own speed, and encouraging them to work to the best of their abilities. I encourage a hands-on approach to learning: it’s more fun if you can get dirty! I also believe I have a sense of humor that helps me connect with children.
