I enjoy teaching and help others learn the subjects of math, science and Spanish. Everyone is different and therefore everyone has a different style of learning. Therefore, my first responsibility as a tutor is to understand the best method of learning of the student and use it to maximize the potential for the student, in grasping the subject. My comments on tutoring Computer Programming : Have 10+ years in computer programming.

My teaching style is according to the student. If the student is a visual learner I will prepare a power point for them to view which would detail a step by step process of the lesson scheduled to learn. Very patient and understanding tutoring.

My comments on tutoring Computer Programming : Taught AP level for 2 years - can also tutor for career changers

After graduating from an Ivy League college, I obtained my Master's Degree in Computer Science while working as a professional software developer. I also taught AP Computer Science for 2 years at an elite private school. I am an excellent standardized test taker (SAT, ACT, Praxis) and can share many test taking tips and strategies that have helped students improve their scores. I managed software development activities and projects at various software companies. I an excellent at explaining difficult concepts and helping people make sense of things.
I am patient, but have high expectations. I think most people don't really know what they are capable of achieving.
