My comments on tutoring Drawing: My skills in this area come from a combination of being self taught and the completion of college level courses. I can work with a variety of media: pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, etc.
I have been teaching ESL/EFL for the last six years, both in Japan and the US. The types of EFL students I have taught range from true-beginner to near native level speakers; ages ranged from toddler to senior. I have been teaching English Composition for the last year and a half. I have worked as a graphic designer for the last five years. I have pursued my artistic career in oil paining since 2001. I tend to go with the constructive mode of teaching. I expect the best from each individual learner, as from what their ability level can manage. I am very flexible in the way I teach, if something does not work, then I can change my approach and level of instruction to meet the needs of the student.
