I believe all children can learn, but that all children learn differently. Having taught special education, I had a range of grade levels in my class. During the application and acceptance process I was an adjunct faculty member at a local technical college. My courses taught were remedial Algebra, biology, and anatomy and physiology. During the hours between classes I was a paid Tutor in the college's learning assistance center.
I wouldn't have a "professional" description for teaching style as my education was solidly based in the sciences. However, I believe that by teaching intuitive thought processes and critical thinking skills, students can easily adapt to the tasks given be they in science or liberal arts.

A Little Bit About Me...

I don't think I can claim a specific teaching "style" just yet; I simply don't have enough experience to define myself in that regard. Besides, no single "style" or method is going to work with any given student. Everyone is different. My sales background gave me the chance to hone my skills in reading a person, and then proceeding accordingly with each individual.
