I earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, where I tutored for 2 years in the subjects of physics, calculus, differential equations, linear algebra, engineering mechanics and thermodynamics. In addition to my technical background, I studied English and liberal arts for 2 years and wrote fiction for my college magazine.
