I have 8+ years of tutoring experience. My experience includes working with 8th graders, high schoolers, college kids, and adults. I've tutored from algebra I to precalculus, and have lots of experience tutor chemistry and physics as well. All of my students have shown improvement gradewise and had a better understanding. When I was a high school kid, I finished the highest math class during grade 11. Since I was so good at mathematics, my teachers suggested me to tutor my classmates in math and science. Later, my study in the University of Connecticut has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science, especially mathematics. I graduated from the UConn with a B.S. in physics and a minor in mathematics. Because I have used calculus and linear algebra on a daily basis as a means of solving problems I have developed a fundamental understanding of mathematics; an understanding that only someone who has used thse mathematical tools extensively can achieve.
