A Little Bit About Me...

I love to teach students of all ages. I love the looks on their faces when I help them get something that they never thought they would learn. I am very patient and love to show them a few short cuts on different things that way it makes it easier for them to learn and comprehend. The teachers and tutors of this country are the ones responsible of forming our children and make them ready for the real world and what they can do in it.
As a graduate in Accounting, I was given the tools to be able to teach and comprehend a lot of math skills. I was able to take both Business and Math Courses in college including: Business Management, Calculus, Business Accounting, and Algebra. During the last 4 years I have privately tutored students in math and 98% of them went from being F students to B-A students in both math and business courses.

A Little Bit About Me...

During my four years of experience at the University of Scranton, I have tutored numerous high school and college students in algebra, geometry, and calculus. I am going to obtain my bachelor's degree in secondary education on May 31, 2009, with a concentration in mathematics. I have just completed student teaching, where I taught and tutored students in Algebra I. I have completed an Honors Program thesis on technology use in the classroom, and have found ways to implement the technology into my lessons. I went to school for Communications/Advertising. This is where I achieved a Bachelors Degree and went on to pursue a full time career as a graphic designer. However, I have always excelled in math. In High School & College, I achieved all A's. Also, I tested out of a math class in college because I knew the material so well. While still in school, I tutored fellow students in math.
