My comments on tutoring Elementary : Observed in integrated teaching ability of multiple subjects, given good, positive comments on overall teaching ability, to include classroom management.

My method of tutoring is to work with students where they are and add to their skills, to accomplish the final outcome, preferably an "A" or "B." Some students are visual learners and some are informational learners, or some students combine the two. The potential I see in students is what I try to bring out and have them realize they are capable of going a step further, to reach their goal. The importance of education and the students' continuance of same cannot be stressed enough.

I like to teach in whatever way best fits the students. I believe using many different methods is the best way to teach because it helps the student see the lesson in many different ways. Some lessons are best taught with hands on activities where the student can see what is happening and this tends to work best in math and science.
