My job as an educator is to teach them how to learn it and make them want to learn it. I personally do not believe that negative reinforcement is beneficial. Positive responses to students are extremely valuable, even if they may occasionally give the wrong answer. This will give them the motivation to do well. A Little Bit About Me...

One of the most important things a teacher of Language Arts can get a student to do is write. The more a student writes, the more in tune they become with their own style of expression. This not only aids in prose development, but also communication in all forms. I believe that all children are capable of understanding parts of speech and writing well.
