More About This Tutor...

My passion for education lead me to attend Western Washington University where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and History. I tutored Geometry and worked in several classrooms at both the high school and middle school level throughout my time at Western. After graduation, I taught seventh grade Medieval World History at Alderwood Middle School in the Edmonds School District. Through that position I not only gained experience within the middle school classroom, but also in teaching analysis within research papers and essays, basic reading, decoding, writing, and research skills with an incredibly diverse population.
