My comments on tutoring Grammar : Self-editing and conventions of writing, communication and grammar are basic principles necessary to accomplish written and verbal interactions with people. These are components used in my everyday speech and communiques.

Grammar is one of my top subjects!

I believe each student has an optimum learning style and I try to match my teaching strategies to that style. When working with adults, I try to establish motivations for learning first and then move on to the next step - how best to master the infomration or skill.

My first teaching experience was as a high school senior where I was given the opportunity to teach a small group of 5th graders as part of the Missouri A+ program. We began with division, quickly moving into linear and nonlinear algebra, before touching on the fundamentals of complex numbers, graph theory and trigonometry, before concluding with a derivation of the quadratic formula and its applications.
