I have found that students can make rapid progress when they have an opportunity to fill in the gaps of their skills and knowledge. I worked as Library Assistant in the University where I earned my Accounting Degree. At first it was just a voluntary when some students needed a help especially mathematics subjects. Since 7th grade, friends ordinarily looked to me for assistance with homework in the math subjects in which they struggled and I often excelled. In addition to helping my fellow students, I completed the high school A+ program, requiring 50 hours of unpaid tutoring.
