I am a world class scholar, with roughly 1600 different publishing credits in nineteen distinct academic fields. I have taught more than 130 sections of twenty two different courses in seven different academic disciplines at five different colleges and universities. I have graduate degrees from Harvard and Johns Hopkins. I read seventeen languages.
I have children who are twenty one, seven, six, four, and two, as well as a granddaughter who is three. No two have learned in precisely the same way, and I have had to use multiple approaches to help them learn. I have also coached teams in five sports. I have spent a lifetime teaching kids to do things they never dreamed they could attain. I know that kids can learn anything they wish, and can become anything they wish.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Secondary Mathematics (grades 9-12) from Missouri State University. Having always enjoyed math, I was able to pick it up easily. During the last 5 years, I have helped my peers who are struggling in their math classes understand the math concepts while having fun doing it. I student taught at both Central High School in Springfield and Pleasant Hope High School in Pleasant Hope where I taught Integrated Math 2, Alternative Math, Integrated Algebra 2, Algebra 2, and Geometry.
