My teaching style centers on relationships. I feel that it is essential to build a relationship with each student, and with their family, as well. Truly knowing a child allows you to understand their strengths and areas of growth, and helps identify ways to reach that child where they are and help propel them further. I am well-versed in many strategies used to differentiate instruction, and have applicable experience using these skills with a variety of age groups.
