A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching experience began during high school when I would help out at my church's Sunday School providing remedial services like handing out papers. Since then I have earned a bachelor's degree in finance and economics with ambitions to earn a PhD. During my undergraduate experience I tutored beginning accounting students for a couple hours a week aside from the usual work of helping classmates. Upon graduation I began looking other ways to continue teaching. About 10 months ago I began volunteering at a community center. There I partnered with another gentleman to teach English as a language to immigrants. It was so much that I decided to make this a weekly ritual. Currently, I am an Office Manager for a small construction company

I graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am enrolled in a doctoral program currently to earn my Ed.D in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. I have a great amount of experience in research and writing and have been teaching at-risk youth for 2 years. Primarily, I teach all Social Studies classes.
