My teaching style is relaxed, but focused. I believe all children can be natural learners, especially when they find something that interests them. Patience is the key with children. Every child has their own pace and learning style. Some are very visual learners while others need to be able to be more hands-on. It is very rewarding helping someone succeed. As an undergraduate, I worked as a College Algebra tutor for two years. This required 3 to 6 office hours a week were students would come to on need basis or if their grade fell below a 70.
