I believe that Math is a subject of concepts and if the concepts are clear than any body can do math. Making concepts clear depends on the teacher who analyze the understading of each individual and teaches him accordingly.

Children have different learning styles and every child doesn't learn at the same rate. Teachers must realize this when planning lessons.
