I have taught both adults and youth. I was instrumental in assisting adults in obtaining their high school diploma and college degree. As a youth teacher, I was responsible for teaching students to read and as a result of their improving in this area; I was promoted to a teacher’s position. I believe in teaching concepts and helping students fully understand ideals rather than students just memorizing facts. This way no matter what the professor asks they will know how to answer questions and ace exams. If they just memorize things, they can get confused and get answers distorted.
