THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A BAD STUDENT!

I have been a classroom teacher for over 20 years. I have taught all subjects in elementary school, English, history, and mathematics in middle school, and English composition and literature in high school. Additionally, I have taught mass communication and creative writing in high school. I have taught remedial English, freshman composition, and technical writing on a collegiate level. One of my specialties is helping students to overcome the difficulties in passing standardized tests such as iLEAP, ACT/SAT, GED, and ASVAB. As a native of Louisiana, I thrive on education. I attended McNeese State University from 1986-2010. I earned a B.S. and M. Ed. in Health and Physical Education, in which I taught H & PE for 15 years. I earned a Masters +30 in Administration and Supervision. I have many certificates in Microsoft Office and I am a certified Educational Technology Facilitator. For the past five years, I have been an Administrative Intern at an elementary school in Calcasieu Parish.
