My teaching style is very Socratic. I rarely give answers to students. I love to have them search and discover the answers on their own. This involves a lot of questions and guiding the student to the correct answer. When students discover the answer on their own it is much more rewarding and long lasting for them. I firmly believe in fostering critical thinking and building students' logical reasoning skills. I graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara two years ago with two degrees in Spanish Literature and Women’s Studies I graduated with honors from both subjects of study.
