My experience as a newspaper editor helped me to develop a collaborative teaching style. A Little Bit About Me...

I do not believe that there is a single correct teaching style. Each student is an individual and as in any other task we take on, it must be approached in a unique manner. I have tutored enough students to learn that simply put, different children learn differently. I will approach each student this way and work to discover exactly what works best with that student in order to provide them with the conceptual understanding and study skills necessary to reach their full potential.

Many people have different teaching skills and techniques. I do not believe any technique to educate a child is better than any other technique. Each child learns differently. Understanding the fact that children learn differently is crucial. The teacher must be able to adapt to the child's learning style.
