First Year Teacher with Extensive Knowledge in Education

I started working as a Redirect Aide in one of my local elementary schools. I worked with students who had emotional and behavioral disorders, special needs students and also regular education students in the elementary level. Second, I was a substitute teacher who took of classrooms in Early Childhood through 12th grade classrooms. Third, I completed my student teaching to obtain my teacher certification. It took place in a 4th grade Mathematics Classroom. And now I am currently a Substitute Teacher at my son's elementary school until I obtain a teaching position for the following school year.

I graduated from WTAMU in May of 2009. I started my career in August 2009. I was trained for and have worked as a Math Recovery teacher since being hired. I realize all children do not learn the same. I will utilize different options to help your child succeed. I like to use hands-on materials whenever possible.
