Being a teacher and teacher’s assistant, I have attended many trainings and seminars. Through my experience, I have knowledge of consulting and analyzing to tutoring services . At present I am also working as a teacher’s assistant. My duties at present are preparing educational materials , assisting in assignments ,testing and record keeping . I can plan, implement for others and developing values, I can help them in these areas. My affiliation with many non-profit organizations, brought me to this skills of working with at risk and high risk students.

I am a patient and encouraging tutor. I observe my students' responses and then provide examples and exercises that will enable them to comprehend the concepts. I prefer, when possible, to explain the "big picture"-in order to activate memory and cognitive abilities that will place concepts and skills in a mental framework. I like to provide visual data in order to help solidify abstract concepts. For example, using a graphing calculator to demonstrate the roots of a quadratic equation. I receive a powerful sense of achievement when I enable students in their comprehension of mathematical and scientific concepts.
