I was a member of the AT&T Regional Education Center staff where my primary responsibilities included development/delivery of custom technology presentations and delivery of required sales certification courses. I was a member of team that developed comprehensive call center curriculum offered as a fee-based product by AT&T Call Center Consulting. This included courses specific to associate, supervisor and manger in the areas of customer service, inside sales and account management. These courses were later adopted as accredited course offers by Purdue University. I have served the last 5 years as an ESL tutor for Literacy Green Bay. I am not a teacher, but I like to think that I can help out in a way that the student or person I am tutoring will learn. I love working with people, and anyway that I can help them learn better makes me feel better. I have children of my own and help them out with school work. I feel that they need to do the work in order to learn the best. Education is very important in everyones lives now that helping out would make me feel good about myself, that I am making a difference.
